2. Our service fee reflects the work we have completed and is generally non‑refundable. That said, if any part of the service has not been used, we will offer a fair refund for that portion. We are committed to delivering value, and all our clients consistently express their satisfaction with the results.
3. While some universities do not charge postgraduate application fees, others charge £25 to £150 for each application. These fees are not included in our service fee.
4. Additional service fees are applicable for medical, legal and MBA courses, as well as admission to Oxford and Cambridge.
